Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of day to day tasks.
• Review & analyse daily operational productivity and improve processes and systems.
• Manage annual operational budget to meet sales capacity.
• Manage manpower and the quality of the human resources to meet sales expectations.
• Sourcing and negotiating with sub contractors or vendors.
• Review SOPs and implement best practices.
• Oversee the training requirements & procedures.
• Oversee the well-being & morale of all the workers.
• Assist Business Development in developing prototypes or value add to existing products and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a relevant Degree
• At least 3 years work experience in a related position.
• The ability to analyse reports and improve productivity.
• Strong technical skills to provide solutions to site and project issues.
• Versatile with good problem solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with different level of workers effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in construction, production, engineering is an advantage.
