Customer. The DC Operations shall cover the following:

1. DC Environment Support; and

DC Environment Support

Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels

defined by the Customers. The infrastructure to be monitored shall minimally include:

(a) Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);

(b) Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);

(c) Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);

(d) Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and

(e) Water leakage detection.

(f) Shall ensure the DC infrastructure is monitored on twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days

a week, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

(g) The Vendor shall inform the Customer within one (1) hour when problems are detected.

DC Facilities Management Services

(a) Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre

are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.

(b) Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling

and electrical wiring, when required.

(c) Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d) Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance,

servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and

premises identified by the Customer.

(e) Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties,

obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f) Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g) Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the

Customer.

(h) Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.

(i) Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided

by the Customer.

(j) Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the

Duties:

• Oversee demand planning and ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels in distribution centers and warehouses.
• Collaborate with inventory planners to meet Service Level and Cost KPIs and address operational challenges.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory-related tasks, including handling short shelf life and aging stock, resolving stock issues, processing store allocations, and preparing inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering

Receptionist duties

Assist to man General Office counter, answering phone calls and handling walk-ins requests from students , staff and stakeholders during assigned hours.

Attend to students who are unwell or injured in the sick bay.

Printing Operator Duties

to process printing requests from the staff of the Authority.

monitor and replenish the consumables associated with the operation of the printing machines.

fulfil any printing requests submitted by the staff of the Authority within [3] working days, excluding the day the printing request is received.

Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.

Perform regular checks to ensure school’s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
