Job Description:

* Assist clients with Novation Agreements and maintain contracts/POs in SAP.

* Source and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.

* Support clients in document submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.

* Verify and maintain awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving discrepancies.

* Handle extension requests for tenders/quotations.

* Conduct ingredient checks and consult with the regulatory team as needed.

* Ensure submission copies align with client information and clarify discrepancies.

* Encrypt and send LOAs and contracts to clients.

* Assist with GPO post-tender queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.

* Record quantities accurately in SAP and seek client agreement for invoice settlements.

* Handle permit applications and product recalls.

* Ensure excellent customer care and assist with product/customer complaints.

* Monitor service level reports and implement improvement plans as necessary.

* Support internal and external audits.

* Provide training for the team as needed.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join a reputable commodity trading company as a Vessel Operator. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience coordinating end-to-end vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vessel operations, track and update vessel movements regularly
• Support daily chartering tasks, including the negotiation and fixing of period chartered vessels
• Coordinate with shipowners and vessel masters to ensure smooth operations and optimize voyages
• Confirm the compatibility of loading and discharging ports
• Oversee loading and discharging operations, ensuring proper stowage planning
• Oversee P&L, calculate interim port charges, and assess demurrage for time charter operations
• Prepare and circulate Fixture Notes for relevant parties
• Maintain a strong understanding of market practices and charter party terms to manage cost exposures effectively

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in international trade, maritime, or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in vessel operations

• Operate digital printers and related production work

• No sweaty palms
• Good eyesight to spot dust and scratches on trophies
• Enjoy working with your hands at production work and not be desk bound. On job training will be provided.
• Meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
• "O" Levels or equivalent
• Fluent in spoken English
• Basic PC skills

Good-to-Have:

• 1-2 years work experience.
• Experience with commercial printing, manufacturing or operation of laser engravers, wide format / Mimaki UV printers / 3D printers.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Enjoy Design & Technology subject (D&T) in secondary school.

• 5-day week (Monday – Friday)
