Procurement Executive

• Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
• Working Timing: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Office: Changi
• Salary: $ 2400 – $ 3000

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support for the Department
• Accurate and prompt execution of PO processes and invoice submittals
• Ensure on-time delivery for all order shipments to designated locations
• Handling of procurement related enquiries and feedback from regional offices
• Assist with claims on short-shipped, wrong or defective orders
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
• Track and ensure best rates are applied on all shipments
• Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system (Training will be provided)

As a key player in our logistics operations, you will ensure that products are delivered safely and on time to various retail outlets. Your role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Safe Operations: Drive company vehicles with care, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Efficient Routing: Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at multiple destinations.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely handle products using appropriate equipment, ensuring they are loaded and unloaded without damage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to keep it in excellent working condition.
• Communication: Stay in touch with supervisors and customers to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
