The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

Purpose:

• To manage logistic activities within QC department

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs receipt and storage of sample in accordance to local procedure.
• Performs routine and non-routine sampling of raw materials and utilities with observation of GMP requirements
• Ensures proper packaging of samples and correct samples are shipped to offsite recipient timely
• Ensures a good inventory of QC materials (purchased and prepared materials/glassware) to support testings; ensures no over surplus of inventory
• Ensures wastes are disposed appropriately and promptly.
• Practices 6S and ensures good housekeeping of laboratory, work area and equipments.
• Supports equipment calibration and maintenance, performs autoclave requalification and washing machine verification
• Performs peer review for verification of task and data.
• Participates in laboratory investigation (when required) and assist in the timely closure investigations, CAPAs.
• Ensures proper archival of submitted document for easy retrieval
• Identifies and reports problems in QC to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Adheres to all safety and security policies and practises
• Manages ad-hoc support tasks

Where will I be based?

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Tuas.

As a key member of the IT Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems across multiple locations, locally and overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recoveryplans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX,FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
