Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Prepare clients, materials, and equipment for assessments or therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists in carrying out therapist-prescribed exercises and program activities, including group therapy.
• Conduct basic or routine group therapy sessions under the supervision of therapists or associates.
• Provide assistance during client assessments and treatments.
• Communicate relevant information from therapy sessions to therapists and associates.
• Support specialty therapy areas and specialized clinical programs as instructed by therapists.

Administrative and Program-Related Duties:

• Maintain inventories of therapy equipment and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in therapy areas, including the gym and activity rooms.
• Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and organized.
• Follow infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Key Requiirementts

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in the Banking IT industry with Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle technologies & Unix. Added advantage if experienced in loan origination application.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable in the prompt incident and problem management provides short term workaround and long term solutions wherever is applicable, in order to maintain system maximum uptime and availability
• Strong in change management control (knowledge in ALDON is preferred), good documentation skills and high problem-solving skills. Strong team player. Flexible and able to coordinate team effectively both in and outside of office hours;

Understanding of ITIL methodology would be highly advantageous
