• Build policies on distributors and customers credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policies.

You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational downtime.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and configuration of PCs/Workstations O.S., applications and related peripheral devices.
• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to the end-users on a 24x7 rotational shift, from 10 am to 10 pm/ 10 pm to 10 am, including Public Holidays.

The NSS Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing effective IT/AV technical support role, in relation to the generic desktop/ laptop PCs, mobile devices, Audio Visual (AV) equipment, as well as NTU campus software. Responsibilities:
