Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Certification in CCNA
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cosco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is a plus
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with overseas counterparts

• To check customer’s PO and process all in-coming orders from all customers accurately and efficiently in timely manner
• To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by email and telephone to all parties concerned
