Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Non-Working Days (Unpaid):

• Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
• Scheduled school holidays: Youth Day, Teachers’ Day, Chinese New Year Eve, National Day Eve, Teachers’ Day Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cookery Room / Kitchen Duties:

• Food & Ingredient Management:Assist in placing orders, receiving, and storing food supplies.
  Manage perishable items, ensuring proper storage and tracking expiration dates.
  
• Preparation & Cleaning:Prepare ingredients before practical lessons.
  Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to remove stains.
  Clean sinks, window ledges, storage shelves, cupboards, and kitchen equipment.
  Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils and crockery used by teachers.
  Machine wash, dry, fold, and store dishcloths and tea towels.
  
• Safety & Maintenance:Ensure safety valves are switched to neutral at the end of the day.
  Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of utensils, shelves, and storage cabinets.
  

2. Stock-Check & Inventory Duties:

• Replace broken glassware and manage kitchen equipment records.
• Maintain a stock-book and breakage record.
• Prepare an annual inventory list for the school’s stock-take exercise.

3. Operations Support Duties:

• Clean special rooms, cabinets, and shelves as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Assist with emergency logistics such as moving resources, tables, and chairs when needed.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Educational Requirements:Able to read and converse in simple English (equivalent to Primary 6 level).
   
2. Work Experience:Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Kitchen Helper, OSO, Cleaner, or Hawker’s Assistant.

Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA

Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition

Maintain IT documentation for maintenance, updates, deployments or change requests

Respond to alerts, issues or incidents promptly

Maintain GCP, Azure, Microsoft cloud platforms and other cloud based IT infrastructure

Maintain and patch servers and systems regularly

• Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.

Job Description

As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. You’ll work with Wise Platform enterprise partnerships and business payouts customers, Open Banking providers, and self-onboarded API users. They all depend on rapid and dedicated support: from general questions about the behaviour of an API or webhook, to acting as a first-responder for a major incident.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop a deep expertise in the Wise API products and capabilities, and solid understanding of how Wise Platform partnerships have integrated with the solution. You’ll collaborate with teams across the Wise Platform and Open Banking products to do that.
• Support the team to help contacts across all channels, primarily over email in our support queues, and also by phone in the case of critical issues for a partnership.
• Contribute significantly to troubleshooting and solving issues users report, both independently and collaboratively with engineering and commercial teams in Wise.
• Enable the rest of the team to support API users globally, by sharing and capturing knowledge and trends on the issues users are raising.

Qualifications

• You have +3 years in a technical support engineering role, and are familiar with common support tooling and terminology.
• You’re confident in testing and debugging REST APIs, interpreting logs, and querying databases.
• You have strong organisation and prioritisation skills, and you’re able to focus on solving the challenges at hand while setting expectations with stakeholders.
• You thrive in a reactive support environment, and can also drive proactive improvements where you identify them.
• You’re cool under pressure, and can navigate and handle the response to several high-severity incidents at once (some incident management experience is preferable).
• While this isn’t a developer role, some experience in coding is helpful - you’ll have a basic knowledge of some programming languages like Python or Java.
• While the team works 24/5 follow-the-sun, you’ll be comfortable with some regular out-of-hours on-call over weekends.
• You are willing to travel internationally, to work and learn with product engineering, implementation delivery, customer support, and operations teams across the world.
• You work well in a team with a diverse group of people from all over the globe and in different time zones.
