ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. Responsibilities:

• Prepare buffers and media for drug substance manufacturing in compliance with GMP standards.
• Participate in and execute production projects, ensuring timely completion of production plans.
• Maintain and complete production records in accordance with GMP requirements.
