Conducts testing using preferred organizational practices & established processes contained in the Test Methodology to ensure test objective of the project is met.
3. Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design
4. Advise project team on design consideration to facilitate meeting of requirements
5. Prepare and ensure readiness of test bed and test environment to carry out the test execution
6. Execute test in accordance to the test design
7. Analyze test results and work with respective teams to resolve issues such as defect open and resolution rate, etc
8. Prepare test report for submission & regular test results update
9. Recommend and use automated testing tools where appropriate
10. Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled
11. Adopt test standards and testing methodology
12. Create awareness; conduct training on test techniques, assists in implementation of test standards, consistent methodology, best practices and principles.

Position Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Requirement Gathering and Analysis

· Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems.

· Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

· Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications.

· Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved.

· Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payment banking domain.

· Strong knowledge of payment systems, including TT, FAST. GIRO and other digital payment solutions.

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

· Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

As a IT Manager | Desktop Support, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

Performed Desktop Support services to users

This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.

Perform asset inventories
