• Create and assist in presenting IT solutions related point of views to APAC CIO organization.

• Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams

• Understand company needs to define system specifications.

• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Proficiency with some of the Transaction and Corporate Banking platforms – in areas of Cash Management, Core Banking, Cyber Security, Trade, Digital Channels, Payments, Risk and Compliance, API Microservices, Cloud etc.

• Experienced with deep skills on Transaction Banking - Core Banking projects, Oracle, FIS etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT; Masters preferred etc.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking technology.

• Required project experience in one of the below 3 areas – Core Banking / Host to Host / Regional Integration Hub

• Experience working with global & regional banks, with deep understanding of banking technology architecture and solutions.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Able to demonstrate hands on technology coding experience prior to project management in career.

• Understanding of agile / scrum (preferred with scrum master certifications)

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; will be required to create presentation decks.
