Productivity Observers Analyst

• Responsible to ensure compliance to HSSE standards and requirements to make work place a safe place to work, and accountable for all assigned which includes and not limited to design, adaption, and implementation of HSSE control framework, procedures, and practices in the company.
• Perform field observations of contractor worker productivity on site by collecting productivity measurements data throughout the whole day until completion of work via Activity Analysis or other similar productivity measurement method. This observation to be done across maintenance, TA, and project construction.
• Accountable for ensuring sampling occurs on regular frequency to ensure holistic representative of the data at site and ensure that the observations size is large enough for the population of the work disciplines performed.
• Carry out site checks across functions to ensure that the data are verified and accuracy of data.
• Carry out check against contractor productivity measurement data to ensure consistency and validity of data compare to the company internal observation.
• Compiles and distributes daily and monthly reports to stakeholders. Analyse the data gathered from the observations and identify and highlight root cause of low productivity, blockers, and area of improvement.
• Propose and work with relevant stakeholders to remove obstacles that is causing inefficiencies at site to ensure Productivity is improved at site.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and process new loan applications supported by due diligence and analysis report for HQ in Taiwan and Board of Directors’ approval.
2. Maintain and review existing loan portfolio including loan disbursement or allocation, post-loan management, and maintaining relationship between the bank and its customers. Prepare periodic reports and translate it from English to Traditional Chinese for HQ. In the event of amendment or addendum to the customer contracts, to provide detailed analysis report of the revised contracts to HQ in Taiwan.
3. Responsible for preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports such as Customer Operation Status, Credit Risk, Credit Industry and Investigation Reports etc for submission to HQ in Taiwan, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Taiwan’s regulatory authorities. The reports would include detailed statistical and qualitative with research analysis report on credit business, industry analysis, global market movements, APAC political situation, economics, customer operation status and risk management etc.
4. To act as liaison between Singapore Branch office and HQ in Taiwan.
5. Draft and review branch office policies and Standard Operating Procedures for lending policy and pricing of the branch’s interest rate.
6. Prepare and transmit official documents, such as interbank authorized signatory specimens, meeting minutes of subsidiary board of directors; and circulate announcements from financial authorities.
7. Handle day-to-day operations such as visiting clients, propose credit structure for loan application, prepare Letter of Credit (LOC), and follow up on loan cases.

Requirements:

ALM Risk Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.
• Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.
