Job Requirement:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Software Application Support (OR) ERP Application Support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Application Support Engineer provide technical support for application related issues and supports the investigation involving key technologies and application domains.
• Responsible in complex problems requiring technology skillset or domain / workflow related experiences.
• Maintain service operations documentation and guides. Develop supporting documentation for all Service Operation activities.
