Job description

• As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the software development life cycle and agile methodology from project initiation, requirements, application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review phases.

• The broad area of your role covers the following:

• Liaise extensively with external, internal clients and vendors;

The counterparty onboarding team sit within the global COO team which oversees the trading operations of Brevan Howard. The counterparty onboarding team act as a central liaison point between various internal departments including legal, tax, risk, and compliance as well as the firm’s external counterparties. They facilitate the various trading relationships of Brevan Howard’s many funds to allow each fund to deploy its trading strategy effectively.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OFTHE ROLE:

The counterparty team are seeking a proactive individual to join the team in Asia to focus on APAC-specific projects. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders to implement and manage the priorities of the business, from a counterparty onboarding perspective, alongside driving progress in day-to-day tasks.

The selected individual will need to be adaptable with an eagerness to learn, as well as have a strong voice, to be at the forefront of idea generation and implementation as business needs evolve. Role Overview

Manage a team of Market Administrators covering the APAC Trading platforms.

First and second line support for any issues relating to the Market Administrators trading platform. Hands-on incident and problem management, ownership of internal and client-facing trade issues. This includes trade investigate, resolution, escalation, communication, follow-up, logging and trending (Identify, diagnose and resolve).

Role Responsibilities

· Responsible for ensuring team is adequately trained up and is able to perform tasks to the standards expected by TPICAP brokers and customers

· Ensure team logs and manages all work requests in ServiceNow.

· Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the platform’s data accuracy including updates when required and pro-active monitoring.

· GRD issue logging and tracking of requests via service management tool (ServiceNow).

· Ensure logging of all incidents into ServiceNow for compliance and management review.

· Monitor support chats and respond and investigate user queries and issues in a timely manner.

· Investigate system logs and outputs to analyse any user or tradeflow issues either within the front office systems or between the front and trade processing systems.
