What a Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management does at Visa:

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types, and provide value-add services to our stakeholders and business partners.
• Participate in special assignments and providing ad-hoc support and reporting as required, including but not limited to supporting other regions’ colleagues as needed.

Projects you will be a part of:

As part of the CCM team, you will get the opportunity to work on strategically important projects for Visa in addition to the core responsibilities of a Contract Analyst. This includes, but not limited to:

Your key responsibilities:

What you’ll do

The Financial Reporting team strives to be Marketing's centre of excellence for efficient and effective Record to Report (RTR) processes while driving optimization on processes & implementing robust controls to capture accurate business and financial information in accordance and within the framework of accounting policies across all commodities in Marketing entities.

Reporting to the Team Lead – Financial Reporting, the Analyst supports the Accountant in performing the month-end closing and financial reporting activities for the Platinum businesses and works closely with other stakeholders to support the timely delivery of quality data within agreed timelines.

KEY TASKS

Drive efficient and effective Financial Reporting

· The Analyst helps to drive the engine room of the Finance Reporting team, making sure that transactions are appropriately accounted for, perform month end tasks and reconciliations, and duly reported. All this will need to be done within the framework of our financial controls and accounting policies, and the role works closely with Risk, Group Shared Services and the wider Finance teams to formulate, implement and operate robust controls and ensure documentation of key processes within Financial Reporting.

Deliver on-demand information

· The role plays a key role in making information available on-demand to support commercial decisions and new business initiatives. It works closely with the Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders around the group to determine data requirements and is responsible for managing the systems and processes to capture and deliver them as efficiently and accurately as possible.

· Supports coordination and collection of performance information from all relevant sources and delivering Monthly Financial Statements and other regular information as required by the Marketing Business, Production Business Units or Group Finance.

We are looking for Technical Business Analysts at various levels (middle/senior) to join our team - we will work together to design, implement and deliver mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients. Responsibilities

• Work as a key member of the project management team to drive the project forward and ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (IT team and System owners) and internal stakeholders (Project Management, Development and DevOps team).
• Work closely with the project’s Solution Architects (both external and internal) to understand technical requirements in the realm of Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Analyze and synthesize business requirements; and build suitable business cases and generate client/business needs through human-centric, visual methods.
• Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze the impacts of requested changes, and conceptualise and recommend appropriate solutions that continuously address changing business needs.
• Conceptualize business processes and present it visually using workflow diagrams and slide decks to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
• Analyze technical requirements; factor in dependencies and critical path, and deliver technical deliverables on a timely basis.
• Deliverables may include the following:
  - Architecture Diagrams
  - Cloud Hosting and Set-up (AWS or Azure cloud)
  - Technical integrations with 3rd party systems
  - Performance and Load Testing
  - Solution Design / Technical Specifications
  - Data Extraction, Transformation and Migration
  - User stories/ functional specifications
  - Workflow diagrams to demonstrate business processes
• Manage the project’s technical track, in relation to overall project timeline; plan and prioritise tasks in a constantly changing environment.
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that effectively presents progress and status of different aspects of the project to different stakeholders.
• Support the full software development cycle to ensure project readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations.
• Be open to learning and exploring new technologies, and more importantly, love getting your hands dirty.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer Engineering with excellent academic records or outstanding professional or personal achievement.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience e.g. Software Development, Cloud Architecture, Technical Analyst / System Analyst etc.
• Participated in a full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Prior hands-on coding experiences.
• Excellent analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.
• Strong influencing and people management skills.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into digital mediums e.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• A driven and motivated personality with aptitude for analysis.
• Being a pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful team member who can guide and mentor others.

The following would be a “plus”:

• Relevant certifications e.g. Cloud Certificates, Project Management Certificates.
• Prior experience in a product development firm or consulting experience (IT consultancy, IT service delivery etc).
• Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
  - Database designs
