The Lead for Data Analytics will play a key role in contributing to local, regional, and global projects involving data analysis, as well as in leading, advising, mentoring, and training junior team members. Reporting to a General Manager, the Data Analytics Lead will be responsible for ensuring analyses are distributed amongst data analysts to ensure timelines are met, within budget, and at the highest quality. The Data Analytics Lead will also be responsible for managing the time of each junior member, develop/update SOPs as needed, and continue to develop the talent of the team to ensure the latest methods are being used. As required, the Data Analytics Lead will also be involved in analysing a variety of healthcare data, which may include (but not be limited to) EMR, registry, claims or survey data, using appropriate statistical methods and carrying out interpretation and presentation of data analysis. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work on project teams in the development and delivery of consulting projects, including:

o Providing expert statistical and methodological advice to inform protocol and statistical analysis plan development for research projects

o Conducting statistical analysis of healthcare data using relevant software (e.g., R, Python)

Key Requiirementts

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in the Banking IT industry with Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle technologies & Unix. Added advantage if experienced in loan origination application.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable in the prompt incident and problem management provides short term workaround and long term solutions wherever is applicable, in order to maintain system maximum uptime and availability

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide end to end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products to fulfil regulatory reporting obligation

4. Be Data driven, build and measure TMO Performance Service, Quality and Data Analysis via DDOM (Data Driven Operating Model) Dashboards

Trade Repository (TR) Reporting

1. Validate on the daily TR reports being House and or Client Delegation.

2. Investigate on any discrepancies and investigation on root cause

4. Review the successfully submitted report in DTCC-GTR and EOD completeness

5. Engage on the build of TR Reporting (new, revise, update)

6. Keep abreast of regulatory updates

7. Support NPA (New Product Agreement) & Lite (inclusive of PIR), review all NPAs related to TR, raise any deviations for execution, monitor till launch & signoffs

Responsibilities

The Analyst role is to support the Business Management Support (BMS) team in day-to-day management of data and feeds in our reconciliation system, as well as exception handling.

Daily Operations Duties

• Manage and maintain reconciliation system, including but not limited to static data updates, statement data upload and upstream data feeds monitoring.
