Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking implementation.
• Identify and propose solutions for functional and process gaps between European and Asian sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, define, and document new requirements.
• Design functional solutions and manage implementation roadmaps.
• Define test cases, oversee UAT, and ensure proper system integration.
• Ensure solutions align with group standards and global site requirements.
• Facilitate user workshops, requirements gathering, and documentation of business processes.
• Manage project governance, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Drive migration strategies and change management.
• Coordinate with IT and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Banking as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT for Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of core banking domains:
  • Customer & Portfolio Data, Accounts, Payments, Deposits, and Loans
  • General Accounting, Reporting, Credit, Taxation, and Securities Processing
• Proficient in UAT, functional/system integration testing, and SQL queries.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum, JIRA, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities • Create, organise and maintain functional and technical documentation for platform, including architectural, functional flows, data flows, data/entity, micro services, etc. • Collaborate with solution architects, development leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive documentation discussion. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of documentation. • Create and maintain templates and documentation standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams. • Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation based on changes. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation. • Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation

What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or a related role, with a focus on creating both technical and functional documentation. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences. • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel or similar platforms. • Knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
