In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. You will engage with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales, upsell, and retain customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless experience between our e-commerce platforms and sales efforts. You’ll also be responsible for utilizing HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Central Filing Systems Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with company policies.
  Perform regular audits to ensure filing systems are up-to-date and efficient.

• Facilitate, Drive & Lead Application Infrastructure Team Onshore / Offshore to deliver the Approved Infrastructure solution designed.
