The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our trading floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and applications. You will act as the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, aiming to resolve all desktop issues whilst delivering world-class customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to the trading floor, responding promptly to requests and issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data products.
• Develop and maintain scripts using VBA and PowerShell to automate tasks and processes.

Requirements:
