About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM implementation and enhancement projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM solutions align with organizational goals.

• Job Type: Contract (one-year)
• Salary Package: up to $8000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to understand business needs and process gaps.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
• Ensure CRM solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CRM projects.
• Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or others).
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, or related tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Job Description

• Conduct detailed financial modelling and sensitivity analyses to support investment underwriting and valuation of real estate assets.
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to assess the viability and potential returns of new investment opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering, verifying and analysing data related to property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio assets, identifying areas for improvement and flagging potential risks.
• Track industry trends, market conditions and economic factors to provide strategic insights into the real estate sector.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
