Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe system alerts or out-of-norm system behaviors to proactively identify issues.
• Follow incident isolation procedures to accurately identify and verify faults before applying problem resolution scripts or escalating issues.
• Perform record consolidation for reporting, analytics, or audit purposes.
• Conduct post-change system health checks to ensure changes did not cause undesirable behavior.
• Manage the lifecycle of incident tickets, from creation and update to escalation and closure.
• Review and verify the accuracy of operational scripts, and suggest areas for improvement.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Hold a Nitec, Diploma, or Degree, preferably in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Work in teams on a 12-hour rotation shift, covering weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to follow documented work instructions and procedures with precision.

Job Summary:

To provide a positive customer experience by addressing members’ enquiries, executing requests and resolving their feedback in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to email enquiries on Zohodesk, requests and feedback within SLA
• Responsible for membership administration such as processing suspension and reactivation of accounts, and termination of accounts
• Review and execute members’ requests such as transfer of membership, issuance of membership passes, processing of refunds and other account-related matters

· Work closely with various departments, namely Sales, Operations and Finance teams to resolve members’ enquiries or requests pertaining to account matters

· Other administrative duties assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any discipline with strong customer service background

· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

· Good oral and written communication skills in English

· Able to multi-task, is detailed-oriented and resourceful

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

Role:Desktop Support Engineer

JD:

* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows & Microsoft Office 365

* Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers

* Provide user data and application recovery

* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software

* Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment

* Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation

* Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned with

* Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment

* Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible

* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment

* Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

* Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

* Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

* Need to work on 9 hours shift (Subjected to customer schedule)

* Need to support NP VIPs

* Need to be on time."
