Responsibilities

On-Going Support:

· Establish good working relationship with Freight accounts and understand thoroughly their needs and issues.

· Closely work with RHO team on problem resolutions.

Requirements

· Good programming knowledge in any programming language.

· Basic working knowledge of Unix platform and PowerBuilder is an added advantage.

· Excellent working knowledge of Applications and account management skills.

· Business Operation knowledge is required.

Direct Responsibilities

• Analysis of Trade Finance user requirements and development of TF software.
• To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined

Job description:

We are looking for experienced Senior Interfaces Analysts for Epic’s software in connection with the implementation of Epic’s integrated suite of healthcare software. You will provide analysis for, expertise in, and technical assistance with the creation and maintenance of an electronic data interchange (“EDI”) system to facilitate the transfer of information between the customer’s current (non-Epic) software systems and their Epic applications. You will be responsible for EDI system analysis and design, as well as development, implementation, support, testing and troubleshooting of the interfaces that allow Epic’s customers to transfer data between their software systems.

Job requirements:
