• At least 5 years of software testing experience covering functional, regression and performance/automation testing
• Experience in Financial Services organizations
• Good understanding and completion of projects using Agile methodology
• Demonstrate knowledge of automated software testing methodologies using Selenium and Java
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on Performance Testing tools - LoadRunner, Rational Test Studio etc.

This position is accountable for executing business acquisition, combination or divestiture transactions from initial concept to integration hand-off. This position will support assigned business teams to develop strategic acquisition / divestiture plans; support them through strategic evaluations of target opportunities and the potential impact to the business of acquiring those opportunities.

Principal responsibilities

1. Direct and execute business combination or divestiture transactions from initial concept to integration hand-off through all phases of the process.

2. Identify acquisition, divestiture, joint venture and strategic alliance opportunities.

3. Identify transaction structure(s) and direct the project business plan development and lead the valuation analysis.

4. Lead the due diligence process

5. Negotiate transactions and associated legal agreements.

6. Support in building and maintaining M&A pipeline

Required key skills (functional/technical)

· Knowledge of Industrial gases business

· Ability to operate in regional set up with team interfaces in varied time zones

Required qualifications/experience

• Bachelor's degree is required in Finance, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred
• 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Above-average financial management skills including financial modeling, financial analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, riskmanagement, etc.
• Exceptionally strong cross functional project management and organizational skills required.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Comfort in making decisions with limited data, assessing risk tolerance and ability to deal with uncertainty, often times under very tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and focused listening skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with and exhibit comfort around Praxair and target company senior management and theiradvisors.
• Affinity to understand and interpret complex legal documents

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and upkeep of the company's network infrastructure.
• Inspect all WAN and LAN network infrastructure and services are secure, reliable and in accordance with the company's regulation.
• Practical experience with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, IPS, switches, routers, servers, Windows and Linux server operating systems.
• Utilize software-defined networking, cloud computing platforms, network operations, and network security.
• Monitor and analyze WAN traffic on the IT network.
• Create a strategy to address issues or concerns and put the network solution into practice.
• Assist with requests for network solutions and services changes.
• Oversee the automation of network infrastructure deployment.
• Support the region's IT project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Partake in the launch of regional and international IT initiatives.
• Participate in new business initiatives, implementing and supporting IP voice solutions.
• Oversee and work with vendors to accomplish KPIs for system operations.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• At least 4 - 6 years of networks operations experience
• Expertise in Azure/ AWS Cloud security and network protocols will be ideal
