Infra Operation L2 Support Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Infra Operation L2 Support Engineer will be a member of the IT Service Management team. The Support Engineer will provide (Level-2) technical support for business-critical infrastructure and applications The engineer will also act as the 2nd line of defence for Service Desk support for unknown issues requiring additional analysis and troubleshooting.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years of technical customer focused experience is desired

Key responsibilities
