• Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations, including:
• Password/account setup and reset (various Customer system platforms) remote access connectivity (e.g., VPN), email accounts, host IDs, password resets, customer authorized mobile devices, voice/ mail administration, telephone lines, End-to-end ownership for Incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure as agreed.

Cluster Educational Support (CES)

You will address short-term requirements across a cluster of centres by supporting educators in implementing educational activities and ensuring the overall well-being of children.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist educators in implementing developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned with the Starbeam™ Framework
• Assist educators in engaging children during daily learning experiences and activities
• Assist in implementing classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children
• Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children through positive interactions
• Implement the centre’s health, nutritional and hygiene practices according to Star Learners standards and procedures
• Provide routine caregiving practices according to Star Learners standards and procedures
• Any other jobs assigned by the Centre Principals

Requirements:

• Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Takes initiative, possesses a strong sense of urgency and can prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Integrity in handling confidential information
• Familiarity with administrative work in childcare centres would be preferred
• May need to travel between clusters in the area
