The Role:

Reporting to the SVP Pricing, this role will primarily research, evaluate and develop commercial, strategic and financial analysis as a key partner in the execution of deals with the Origination, Capital Markets & Trading, and OEM Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deal Activity:

- Pro-active collaboration within cross-functional deal teams for transactions of all types (Sale & Leaseback, Placement, Remarketing, Restructuring, Trading, OEM);

- Perform bespoke financial analysis and prepare ad-hoc financial models for a wide range of investment opportunities and portfolio management decisions;

The Opportunity

The key purpose of this Treasury Operations role is to upkeep and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of databases and registers relating to all banking and Treasury activities (such as cash reports, FX exposure reports, bank accounts, bank mandate, bank signatories, bankers’ guarantees, bank fees, credit lines – used and unused and so on). As a Business Analyst, you will participate in implementing the Digital Collaboration Platform and rollout projects. You will prepare functional designs and system configurations based on user requirements analysis, perform relevant testing, and deploy the designed business solution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare the daily and monthly settlement operations on derivative deals.

· Reconcile Broker’s statement, related fees, and invoices. Follow up and resolve all discrepancies with Trader and/or Clearing Broker to ensure the correctness of Broker’s document.
