Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Partner with clients to develop functional and digital banking solutions.
• Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
• Process Improvement: Assess business processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead functional workshops to achieve design outcomes.
• Journey Design: Map customer journeys and operational processes for end-to-end banking functions.
• Product Backlog Management: Support product owner in maintaining a well-organized backlog.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development, testing, and deployment teams, managing dependencies.
• SDLC Advisory: Provide guidance on systems development lifecycle (SDLC) activities.
• Testing & Documentation: Create test cases, review results, and document project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in banking business analysis; strong knowledge in Core Banking, payments, billing, and general ledgers.
• Methodologies: Skilled in Agile/Waterfall; ITIL, Scrum experience is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, clear communication abilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, essential for collaborating with offshore teams.
