The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse,

ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to

GMP standards. This role involves supervising a small team of 2 warehouse assistants, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while upholding safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Oversee the cleanliness of level 2, 4, and 5 warehouses, ensuring proper housekeeping standards.

Inventory Control & Documentation:

• Conduct Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
• Organize and allocate stocks and materials in the correct storage areas
• Generate and paste QC-approved labels on all approved materials.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists for outgoing products, ensuring proper packaging standards are followed to avoid damage during transit.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when a new Purchase Order (PO) needs to beraised.
• Lead periodic stock counting, adjusting stock records as needed after approval from the Production Manager.
• Manage stock transfers among warehouses as well as internal departments and coordinate with subcontractors for rework materials.

Team Training & Development:

• Provide GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and in-house training to warehouse assistants, ensuring team members adhere to company standards and support team members in achieving daily and long-term operational objectives.
• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and warehouse safety protocols.
• Proficient in warehouse documentation and processes, familiar with inventory management and stock control systems.
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
• Must have a valid forklift license.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design and development of the architecture of large-scale machine learning systems, solving technical difficulties such as high concurrency, high reliability, and high scalability of the system;

- Covering various sub-directions of machine learning system, including resource scheduling, model training, model inference, data management, and workflow orchestration;

- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis;

- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures;

- Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements;

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;

- Excellent coding skills, solid foundation in data structures and basic algorithms;

- Proficient in at least one of the mainstream server-side programming languages such as Golang / Python / Java;

- Familiar with Linux development environment;

Preferred Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of database technologies such as MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, middleware technologies such as Redis / Kafka;

- Preferred to have a strong understanding of the principles of distributed systems, and have participated in the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale distributed systems with good knowledge of Kubernetes, Prometheus, Containerisation, Continuous Integration & Continuous Distribution;

- Strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability, communication ability, and self-motivation;

- Experience in the machine learning & cloud computing & data pipeline domain is a plus;

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
• Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates
• Process FX transactions settlement, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills

Deutsche Bank’s Rates business leads with scale and strength in providing risk capacity, ideas and solutions to institutional and corporate clients globally. We give clients access to the Bank’s liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels. Our product range includes fixed income securities and derivatives in interest rates, long dated FX, multi-asset correlation products and commodities.The role will involve working closely with trading and various other teams including, but not limited to, sales, structuring, research and infrastructure functions. Your key responsibilities:

• Market Making and Risk Management of interest rate options.
• You will be responsible for providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably.
• Managing financial risk and non-financial risks of the business.
• Interacting with clients, sales and internal counterparties in trading, coverage and structuring functions to increase market transparency and to generate new business.
• Syndicating the business strategy to key infrastructure partners to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment of goals.

Your skills and experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in pricing interest derivatives. Good product knowledge in derivatives such as interest rate swap and swaption.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a client facing role, covering institutional clients in G10 flow and structured rates products. Familiar with trade execution and trade life cycle events.
• Strong market acumen, with in-depth understanding of macro environment and its impact on rates products. Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate and market trade ideas.
• The ideal candidate should have a BS degree or above in Economics, Finance, Math Finance or Quantitative Finance.
• Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure.
• An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
