We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. You will play a key role in analysing billing and operational data, optimising billing processes and implementing new billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing Management:

• Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner.
• Manage billing cycles, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle billing inquiries from internal departments and external customers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and implement solutions to identified issues.

Data Analysis, Reporting, Management:

• Utilize Excel and database tools to manage, analyze, and visualize billing and financial datasets.
• Generate and maintain financial reports, including accounts receivable and aging reports.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify billing inconsistencies.

Process Optimization:

• Improve billing processes and systems for streamlined workflow and integration with financial systems (e.g., ERP).
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT for automation solutions.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
• Support audits by providing accurate billing records and reports.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, PivotTables).
• Strong experience with database tools (SQL, MS Access, etc.).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and billing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Client Contract Management (CCM) team supports Visa’s global strategy by managing the governance and contracting process of client contracts (from draft development and negotiation through to securing internal approvals, execution, auditing and reporting).

What a Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management does at Visa:

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation for mechanical, software, and hardware components from the design phase of projects.
• Oversee the qualification and validation processes for projects in conducting risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test implementation during FAT & SAT process internally and partners’ sites.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of quality and validation of automated systems experience.
