The mission of Pacific Reseller Operations is to be the voice of Reseller Channel within Operations to ensure our products are in the right places at the right time, supporting Sales and our Partners to achieve Apple’s financial goals. We are focused on managing our supply chain as efficiently as possible, in order to maximise sell through while aiming for a frictionless Channel fulfilment experience for our partners. Within the Reseller Operations team, the Channel Fulfilment Analyst is responsible for ensuring orders and returns are managed, executed and delivered on time and applying analytics and insights to streamline or automate fulfilment processes in support of Apple’s Weekly Channel Fulfilment to Resellers.

Description

• Independently process Order and/or Returns Management activities and manage Reseller inquiries (Order Cancellations, Repricing, Returns & Delivery Escalations) in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Target Service Levels (SLA) and SOX requirements
• Define and lead the rollout of New Product Introduction Order Management Activities such as System Configurations and Order Transition Plans when required
  Champion and continuously improve Channel Fulfilment, Order and/or Returns Management processes or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sub-regions and/or lines of businesses
  Responsible for driving key fulfilment, cost, work driver and service level metrics (KPIs) by identifying and root causing issues, developing scalable preventive solutions and leading its rollout
• Participate and/or represent Regional/Global Capital Improvement Projects including Business Requirements Definition and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coach and train Channel Fulfilment Analysts on Fulfilment, Order and/or Returns Processes

Key Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in an Operations role such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Returns & Delivery Management and/or Logistics. Experience in Order or Returns Management is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex issues, findings or analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrate attention to details, capability to manage and prioritise competing tasks and ability to deliver quality results under compressed timelines

Education & Experience

The essential responsibilities of Business Intelligence Analyst include:

• To plan & execute the implementation of the agreed initiatives for the MIS Section. This will require working with the team in terms of analyzing the requirements, studying the options available & working towards a standard solution, which meets the requirements in an effective & efficient manner.

As a Project Safety Engineer, you conduct safety engineering activities and produce the required artefacts on time, budget and quality for the allocated project / product.

The Logistics Infrastructure team is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to perform a role as Logistics systems support. The Infrastructure team governs data, systems and processes related to the Logistics team.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) of Logistics systems including but not limited to real-time track and trace, transportation management and service levels management system. The Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) is a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Singapore. The role of ACE is to provide independent evidence-based evaluations of health technologies (e.g. drugs, vaccines, medical technologies) to inform funding decisions and produces technology guidances on their appropriate use.

The Economic Modelling team in ACE performs technical appraisal of health technologies including economic modelling and budget impact analysis. The team also builds internal technical capabilities and robustness through methodology development and research, and builds external capabilities through knowledge transfer.

About the Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP)

Optimizing the performance of health systems is essential to ensuring the wellbeing and longevity of populations worldwide. Singapore is particularly well placed to lead research in this field as its health system has been consistently ranked as one of the best in the world based on independent evaluation with the Global Burden of Disease data. The new Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP) aims to advance research in this area within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine of the National University of Singapore (NUS) as the leading centre for research in health systems in Asia with the following core functions:

1. Research: empirical and methodological research and evidence synthesis on health systems performance with a particular focus on Value Based Healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Associate will have the following duties:

• Contribution to the management of research activities including grant and IRB/DSRB applications, budgeting, planning and monitoring project timelines and generally support project management and coordination and liasing with internal and external stakeholders

The APAC Platforms and Growth team is on a mission to connect users to the magic of YouTube, full-funnel lifecycle programs across owned and operating marketing inventory to drive awareness, acquisition, retention, and engagement channels of core product offerings. The role of the Platforms function is to build the channels, tools and operations, working with the Growth team who drive deep end-to-end acquisition and retention for our most strategically important product areas.

• Design and develop regional performance scorecards and reports to monitor key on-platform metrics and trends across priorities business areas.
• Analyze user behavior on our platform by conducting in-depth analysis of user interactions across key areas of the business to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate in quarterly planning and forecasting, providing data-driven recommendations to prioritize campaigns and optimize finite inventory and impression caps.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across initiative teams; providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders to optimize inventory.
• Design and implement new dashboards and BI tooling, empowering marketers to self-serve various cuts of data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide ongoing support and training.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
• Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
• Experience translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
• Experience with SQL techniques or exposure to data modeling or machine learning concepts, scripting, or data dashboard.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with qualitative research methods and approaches, designing experiments, analyzing data from experiments and summarizing findings.
• Passion for the web video/YouTube ecosystem and digital culture or experience in eCommerce or subscription business.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools, data warehousing, or infrastructure processes.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Responsibilities

- Assist on day-to-day EHS field survey and technical, including preparation and calibration of testing equipment, reporting and interpretation of test results, conclusion and recommendations, where necessary.

- Ensure EHS on-site testing, surveying & sampling conforms to relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practices and to conduct professional testing with integrity, accuracy and consistency.

- Involve in Greenhouse Gases (GHG) & Destruction Removal Efficiency (DRE) testing for Semicon and Petrochemicals Industries

- Responsible for Carbon Tax emission measurement, Indoor Air Quality, Boundary Noise, Occupational Noise, Compressed Dry Air, Industrial Hygiene, Source Emission & Ambient Air Quality, Research & Development, Biohazard Decontamination, Pollution Control Engineering & Remediation.

- Assist in Business Development of the environmental testing, assessment & consultancy services and to ensure clients compliance to regulations.

- Assist the Quality Manager/Director to manage ISO 17025 laboratory quality management system documentation of laboratory operations and site testing to ensure QA/QC compliance to SAC-SINGLAS accreditation requirements.

- Manage clients, team work, report deadlines and follow-up business development growth action plan.

- May require to travel on overseas assignments for specific jobs awarded from time to time by the company.

- Have passion in Science, EHS and Green Initiatives for future environmental sustainability and tax foot print initiatives.
