ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for Intercompany, Costs Accounting and Financial Management Reporting.

1) Intercompany/Costs Management Accounting

- Process month-end cost-associated journals to facilitate smooth month end close on a timely and accurate manner

- Prepare cost accrual and check cost allocation to front and back offices across APAC

- Complete month-end accounting schedules including Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations promptly, with unreconciling items resolved timely

- Perform intercompany reconciliation monthly and promptly, with an aim to minimise or eliminate mismatches and to enable settlement regularly

- Prepare monthly recharges for expenses paid on behalf by related companies

2) Management Reporting/Forecast, Planning & Analysis

- Analyze monthly Profit & Loss performance and comment on variances
