Key Responsibilities:

Build & Change Management:

• Coach and mentor junior team members as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst in Calypso back office.
• Expertise in Calypso versions v14 to v17, covering Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, Corporate Action, and more.
• Thorough understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (HRF, NORIA, MMSR) and interfacing Calypso with external systems.
• Hands-on experience in implementation projects with a track record in AGILE methodologies.
• Proficient in implementing NR (Non-Regression) scenarios.
• Willingness to provide L3 support and participate in on-call rotations.

Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance).
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in relevant roles.

Shift Timings:

• Work in shifts for ASIA or EMEA regions: (9 am 6:30 pm SGT) or (3 pm midnight SGT).
• Participate in on-call rotations with teammates to cover night and weekend support.

Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.
• Maintain Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide the necessary reporting to management including escalation
• Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within MSO, promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards of project management excellence.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years of relevant PMO experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage).
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

The Product Analyst (PA) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored.
