What an Analyst of Interchange does at Visa:

An Analyst within the interchange team supports strategic and complex projects in collaboration with a matrix of function and market stakeholders. The remit includes conducting data analysis and strategic evaluation based on both market and industry variables while supporting engagements with relevant market and function stakeholders in a way that supports the development of interchange rates strategies across the Asia Pacific Region. The role has a good mix of strategic, business, and technical knowledge providing flexibility and significant learning opportunities in the dynamic digital payments’ ecosystem.

In this role you are expected to:

• Become an interchange subject matter expert with a sound working knowledge of both Visa and industry context that enables development of strategic plans that drives innovation and growth across the digital ecosystem. Work and projects that you will be part of include but are not limited to:
  • Playing an integral part of Country Strategic Interchange Reviews that support the execution of market and function objectives and strategic priorities
  • End-to-end ownership of the development and execution of Strategic Merchant Rate proposals that grow acceptance while supporting innovation across the ecosystem
  • The development and maintenance of country interchange dashboards that enables strategic adjustments and insight into interchange and ecosystem trends across markets
  • Actively support and contribute to strategic reviews of net-new payment use cases and strategic response plans
  • Driving data analytics to support business insights to support functional stakeholder strategic requests, client requests, and to support the planning and development of new strategies to support the growth of Visa’s payments ecosystem
• Actively collaborate across a matrix of functions and markets to support the execution of strategic plans leveraging interchange
• Play an active role both technically and strategically in Country Interchange Reviews with market leadership teams
• Be accountable and responsible for own book of work as well as proactively and collaboratively support that of others

Team summary

The Asia Pacific (AP) Pricing Strategy team at Visa is responsible for managing Visa’s pricing for network and value-added services on a regional basis. We are a small but impactful team embedded into the wider global Visa Pricing & Interchange organization which works with leaders and executives globally to design pricing solutions and drive revenue growth.

What a Pricing Analyst does at Visa

The Pricing Analyst will support work streams on projects related to Visa Inc.’s pricing strategy and/or broader corporate initiatives, including collaborating with business lines across Visa’s Asia Pacific region and functional areas. Specific projects will vary greatly in sponsor, business or strategic focus, depth, and stakeholder served, ranging from broad coordination efforts across multiple countries and/or functional areas to focused special assignments for senior management that are of high strategic importance to Visa Inc.

The position requires the ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, and quickly arrive at recommendations that drive corporate priorities. The Pricing Analyst will report to the Head of AP Pricing and will be based at Visa's offices in Singapore.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Contribute and help formulate the overall pricing strategy for Asia Pacific at both country and product level

• Co-lead project workstreams related to Visa Inc. pricing strategy, business development, or related corporate initiatives

• Collaborate with global and regional product owners to develop pricing solutions for value-added services and solutions, including custom client rates

• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive the financial impact of new pricing opportunities utilizing client and market data on a country and regional basis

• Build and maintain competitive knowledge, to provide solid foundational context for critical pricing projects

• Coordinate with global and regional peers on global pricing initiatives

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Overview and purpose of the position

Work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of information technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. The individual will be responsible in one of the specialties: technical support to Radiography Information System (RIS) or Laboratory Information system (EPIC Beaker) in meeting business requirements. Staff with a keen aptitude in healthcare IT will be considered and appropriate training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition and implementation of IT projects.
• Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects
• Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, projects, evaluate work processes and procedures, preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, design, develop and implement IT application features and enhancements, ensuring that system capabilities and process requirements are aligned
• Ensure that the business-as-usual and in-scope IT systems are performing optimally, meeting SLAs and requirements of user stakeholders

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or other related technical disciplines.
• Degree or diploma holders of Radiography or Medical Laboratory Science with keen interest in IT are welcomed to apply
• Literacy in some Information technology disciplines such as fluency in Python and a systems language (Java, Scala, C++) and experience with Oracle database will be advantageous
• Prior working experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not compulsory
• Preferably 1-3 (Analyst) or 3-5 (Senior Analyst) years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new specialized IT software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Cyber Threat Analyst will be part of the Global SOC Team. This center operates 24x7, follow-the-sun model to monitor, analyze and respond to cyber attacks and information/data breaches. SOC Analysts are the critical first line of defense, in charge of monitoring Citi’s environment globally through state-of-the-art security detections tools, responding to security events and escalating security incidents that have potential impact to Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze security events to identify potential threats and intrusions. Events include but not limited to Intrusion Detection/Prevention tools, anomaly detection systems, Firewalls, Antivirus and EDR systems, proxy devices, cloud security solution and data leakage prevention system.
• Assess and investigate potential security threats sourced from other channel leveraging variety of data and tools
• Drive a continuous effort to improve SOC process. Execute adhoc tasks or small projects as needed.
• Undertakes root cause analysis of events, perform risk assessment on threat or vulnerability and make recommendations to improve detection capability
• Drive a continuous effort to review and fine tune detection rule/use case/signature to reduce unnecessary noise and increase alert fidelity
• Handle threat incidents calls like DDOS incidents, adhoc high severity cases including collaboration and escalation to other support groups
• Participate in daily and adhoc conference calls, self-assessment processes and documentation related tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Cyber
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Understand the life cycle of network threats, web attacks, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation.
• Ability to conduct analysis utilizing network traffic(packet capture), web logs, endpoint logs and others to identify unusual behavior that may indicate malicious activity.
• Proven and strong analytical skills
• Attentive to detail and possess a strong investigative mindset
• A good team player, self driven and able to act as individual contributor
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Relevant cyber security certification is a bonus

Education:

Job Description:

• Responsible for conducting AML and CDD for Retail banking, ensure timely and quality completion in accordance with AML Compliance policy standards.
• Conduct periodic AML/KYC reviews on high-risk customers
• Perform name screening and review alerts for positive matches, ensuring proper disposition.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers for high-net-worth accounts or directly contact customers to gather information on the source of wealth and account transaction sources.
