Job Description:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and end users to understand business requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports (e.g., sales, inventory, staff, and outlet performance) and dashboards, integrating new features based on user feedback.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing or managing MS SQL databases, data warehousing, and analysis platforms.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in business systems implementation, upgrades, or management, with a focus on analytical and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to derive actionable insights from business data.
• Experience using SAP and programming tools such as Power BI or Power Query.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, network administration, hardware, and software support.
