Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of business, including daily operations, administrative functions, and finances
• Represent the company in negotiations and business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth both locally and internationally
• Projects Tendering
• Oversee construction projects, i.e.Submarine and underground cable installation projects
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors globally
• Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and teams
• Work closely with the customers, partners, and contractors on project implementation activities

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills
• Business processes and functions knowledge
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, clients, and stakeholders globally
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time as required

Preferred Skill

• Proficiency in Korean is a plus
