• To provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift

Assist in the management and analytics work of Compensation programs in the Corporate C&B team within Venture group of entities.

Responsibilities :

As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, the incumbent is to manage end to end transactional and analytical aspects of compensation matters. The major duties as below but not limited to:

• Assist in managing the annual salary review cycle from benchmarking to analysis and creation of salary ranges and structures within the Venture group of entities.
• Participate in survey data analysis or gathering with local HR on annual market survey data submission.
• To partner with local HR in developing compensation solutions to support the people strategies of the Company
• To manage job evaluation and market benchmarking in accordance to company set principles.
• Assist in prepping and providing high quality analytics to management.
• Develop compensation training materials and train/educate HR Business Partners who in turn train the business they support
• To partner with the HR Operations group to develop technology/operational interfaces that support self-service or automation and facilitate ease of access to information.
