Job summary

• Create detailed business requirement documents, technical specifications, project documentation, user stories, and process flows to support the identified requirements
• Support and organise workshops and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and provide project updates
• Support project activities and where needed to deliver project deliverables
• Work with engineering teams to convert business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to establish acceptance criteria and ensure that features undergo thorough testing
• Work together with Product Team to design, build, and enhance the product.
• Support the onboarding process for project or product clients as needed

Requirements

• > 5 years of experience in project delivery, business analysis, and project management in financial markets
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Mutual funds domain working with cross-functional teams
• Strong data skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and operational models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Seft-starter and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint and as well as methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall is a must

OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Planning function at HMI Medical plays a pivotal role in driving integration and synergies across key entities within the Group. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to significantly contribute to the integration of one of HMI Medical's entities. As a Corporate Planning Analyst, you will report to the Corporate Planning Senior Manager and assist in project management and execution of key integration workstreams.
