RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective monitoring, early warning and reporting of the trading books under his/her responsibility. To communicate effectively with front and back office personnel, as well as to ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the CXL system. On a daily basis in accordance to the Company policies, to compute, monitor, analyse and report the exposure of the books, ensuring that the exposures are under the approved limits. What You Will Do
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices on a timely basis
• Manage debt collection from clients
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Process eGIRO / eDDA / other direct debit collections within the stipulated timeline and follow-up action on unsuccessful deduction
• Ensure that invoices and incoming receipts are accounted for in the system
• Follow up on unidentified receipts and ensure that receipts are updated promptly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and payments
• Prepare statements of accounts for clients
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and performance
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Verify the accuracy of financial or transactional data (Data entry, administration duties and other ad-hoc duties when required)

Responsibilities

• Day to day accountability for ensuring excellent service delivery firmwide.

Position

We are starting the decommissioning of one of our Murex trading platform for our Bonds business activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The project aims to migrate European Government Bonds Sovereign, Supranational and Agency debt, Credit Primary and Credit Secondary business scope worldwide (all products) that are booked in Murex.

We aim to migrate every Murex functionality and process and replicate them in Orchestrade to fit with business needs.

Position, PL and risk management will be migrated in a standalone application called RPS bond.

The scope is to replicate Murex functionalities into OT/RPS, as well as to migrate the stock of data and trades.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the business analyst would work with a development team based in Asia in Singapore.
