Job Summary:

Supports the Regional Head of Finance. Delivers meaningful, accurate and timely management reporting & analysis on business performance. Point of contact for question on the forecasting process, management reporting and business analysis.

Interacts with Regional Head of Finance, Finance Operations Managers, Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly reporting

Monthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyze result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Further improve monthly reporting process and analytical insights through PowerBi.

Forecasting

Analyzing the Forecasting process together with Regional Business Line Controllers and Head of Finance.

Special Projects

Support the Business Line Director or Regional Head of Finance in various special projects

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform project activities, from planning, execution, progress monitoring and issue escalation to ensure projects are delivered on time and on quality.
• Understand the clients’ business and process needs and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the technical team to complete development, testing and deployment activities, as well as with users to complete User acceptance testing.
• Train and guide users on the system, support day-to-day operational issues faced, and develop and update operations and training documents.

Academic Qualification and Experience
