The functional role of a Business Analyst (“BA”) is to help support the Product Owner in implementing the portal and conduct the necessary activities to ensure product fit which include:
1) Leading and supporting business requirements clarifications.

• Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Prepare end-user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems or implementation of new standard operating procedures.
• Lead and perform system validation activities and user acceptance tests.
• Review the performance of the solution measurement metrics and provide recommendations to continue to optimize current business processes.
• Assist with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
• Maintain document repositories used by project teams and assist with project documentation as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Possession of Business Analysis certifications such as Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), or an equivalent certification, will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
• Proven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
• Proficiency in modeling business requirements using business process modeling tools.
