Apple's Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team is looking for a talented manager who is passionate about leading a team of data scientists that craft, implement, and operate analytical solutions with direct and measurable impact to Apple and its customers. Description

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, machine learning engineers and technical fraud analysts - Design and maintain real-time automated decisioning systems and operations for fulfilment and financial products. - Collaborate with data engineers and platform architects to implement robust production real-time and batch decisioning solutions - Engage with business partners and understand their unique requirements and design them technical solutions - Review the teams production code and logic for highly integrated system - Distill and clearly communicate complex technical topics for both business and engineering partners - Analyze data and tell meaningful stories to assist business partners. - Collaborate with and support the team to innovate, encouraging experimentation and growth

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience leading a team of machine learning engineers, software engineers and technical fraud analysts
• Practical experience training, deploying, and maintaining decisioning algorithms
• Familiarity with distributed databases, data warehousing, and SQL

Responsibilities

• Configure/Manage/Monitor CCTVs, L2-L3 switches, Routers, ONTs, Firewall and related IT technical facilities, including IP/Digital Phone
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and to resolve network issues in WAN/LAN/WIFI
• Responsible for the administration and technical support of application systems sitting on network infrastructure
• Experience in supporting Windows server technologies and network communication devices
• Enforce security policies and standards, including firewall, VPN, AD, NTFS structure
• Strong technical knowledge for end-users support in desktop, notebook, LAN/WAN architecture cabling, Printers and POS peripherals
• Manage IT assets and resources to ensure optimal capacity for business users
• IT Support includes AV support, POS/Booking computer setup for all events: Roadshow, EXPO, projects, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco, Huawei, Fortigate products i.e routers, switches, WLAN, Firewall.
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols.
• Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies.
• Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required.
• Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation.
• Hands on experience in Cloud computing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Office365 is an added advantage.
• CCNA/CCNP and other network related certification will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a team player and independently.

LOGISTICS PROJECT ENGINEER

RF Engineer (Radio Frequency)

Roles

· Define product specifications. Be. Work closely with team members to be responsible for the hardware design and development of RF components, circuits, and systems.

· Perform Link Budget analysis, and Feasibility study of the key components to be used in a communication system. Identify potential high-risk components and proposed alternatives.

· Perform RF circuits design through the use of EDA simulation tools like AWR Microwave Office and Advance Design System (ADS).

· Work together with the layout designers to generate schematic diagrams and PCB layout design.

You will involves extracting logs from electronics products and preparing them for hardware investigation using tools like jigs and laptops, all according to standard procedures. You’ll also help with the investigation process and enter data into both internal and authorities' systems.
