Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
• Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.

Job Scope: As a Data Engineer, you will part of our Data Engineering team to lay the foundation for all data analytics work. We build and maintain critical data pipelines, create and maintain large and interesting datasets to generate business insights and to enable data driven decision making and support the rapidly growing and dynamic business demand for data. As a data engineer, you will have an opportunity to collaborate and work with various teams within Organisation to determine how best to design, implement and support solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines to produce ready-to-use datasets to data consumers.
• Actively partners with the business to model datasets from various business domains.
• Provide quality datasets in a timely fashion to meet downstream needs - data analysts, applications, reporting representatives.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in delivering data warehouse and/or data lake solutions ETL and streaming job design, scheduling, and monitoring experience. Experience in Attunity CDC, Apache Kafka, Talend will be advantageous. Some data modelling experience will be advantageous.
• Unix/Linux familiarity and shell scripting experience.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of source-code control using common tools available such as Git.
• Experience in using SQL as well as NoSQL Databases (such as MongoDB).

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and identify cause of component failure and carry out rectification
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and upkeep production quality
• Debugging of machine logfiles and sensor data to identify causes of vehicle congestion, higher delivery time, faulty machine parts.
• In charge of maintenance activities, tool improvement and equipment installation
• Ensure production run smoothly by repairing and troubleshooting of polishing equipment
• Responsible in root cause analysis and recommending solution to resolve technical issues
• Handle continuous improvement, cost reduction and yield matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance in Semicon/Manufacturing Company
• Experienced in semiconductor industry

EUC Engineer L2

Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all Windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery.
• Routine System administrative activities
• Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. They usually have a Run-Book/KB which they can refer to for immediate resolutions. They are also supposed to coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage.
• Troubleshooting for Alert logs files, transaction logs and backup logs.
• Troubleshoot End to End User Devices
• Run the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB
• Responsible on making backup tapes schedule and changes.
• Monitor the metric alerts, performance-related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query.
