Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control the various technical aspect of the project.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities
• Provide project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server would be an advantage
• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances and Cisco routers/switches
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
• Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

BMS, Building Management System Engineer x 1

5 day week. Attend site rectification, able to work from home if site does not require.

Job Description

• Programme DDC panel
• Well verse in digital and analogue systems.
• High level interfacing with various communications. Modbus, IP, etc.
• Control, monitoring, systems.
• Hvac control, Electrical control, Power usuage
• Attend to fault call.
• Good troubleshooting skill and experience

Dip/ Degree in Engineering

Good understanding and hands on experience in programming of BMS systems is a MUST.

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 6 years’ experience working on various communication systems technologies such as fibre-optic transmissions, digital trunked radio, public address and telephony, CCTV surveillance, access management and travel information systems.

• Experience in implementing railway-related projects

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in writing technical proposals and presentations.

• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
