Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administering O365 and Exchange hybrid environments, supporting 40000+ users with their requests and problems related to these infrastructures. Implementing automated jobs through PowerShell scripting to address process gaps, following proper change management procedures.
• Configuring end-user Microsoft Exchange suite elements such as distribution lists, shared mailboxes, meeting room mailboxes, OneDrive, and transport rules
• Administering and managing OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft Voice, and Microsoft Recording.
• Troubleshooting issues on email gateways (EOP, TrendMicro).

Requirements:

• 5 years of strong experience in Exchange hybrid, MS Teams/Skype for Business with enterprise voice.
• Experience with email gateways EOP, TrendMicro, IronPort
• Experience in troubleshooting messaging and O365 environments with PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory AD groups and M365 groups.

Responsibilities

Project Engineer

• Manage projects at one or more designated sites.
• Assist the project manager with executing projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants about project issues.
• Plan and coordinate all fire installation tasks.
• Participate in meetings to discuss site coordination and project progress.
• Make sure projects stay on schedule.
• Oversee site activities and ensure implementation of plans.
• Check shop drawings, prepare as-built drawings, hydraulic calculations, and variation orders.
• Track project schedule, material deliveries, and budget.

Maintenance Engineer

• Assist in planning and updating maintenance schedules, permit clearances, and site schedules.
• Discuss contract and material costs with clients and vendors.
• Use ERP software to order materials and tools for maintenance.
• Join meetings with clients and vendors as needed.
• Make sure maintenance schedules are followed on time.
• Ensure safety measures are included in method statements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Candidate with working experience in related field will have added advantage.
• Able to start in short notice period.
