• Performing break-fix issues on: Desktop/Laptop, IT Peripherals, iPhone/iPad, Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, VPN connectivity issues, etc.
• Manage IT assets purchase orders, delivery, and installation with 3rd party supplier
• Produce operational documentations and evidence for internal and external audits
• Consistently consult direct manager in evaluating requirements and execution
• Support all business areas with technical expertise and provide outstanding service to end-users

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT environment
• Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting on Windows, Mac, operating system.
• Basic network infrastructure skills
• Ability to work proactively with direct manager, business users and stakeholders
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and very well organized in advancing tasks assigned.
• Ability to communicate and supervise 3rd party vendor effectively
• Ability to manage asset inventory very well
• Knowledge in ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Job Description & Requirements

Prepares the Project Quality plans and Inspection Test plans according to project specifications.

Prepares welding procedure specification and conduct welder qualification tests.

Prepares quality control procedures and repair procedures for welding.

Conducts stage wise inspections like material/fit up/visual/bolt tightening/painting for fabrication and erection works.

Review and witness the non-destructive testing like ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing.

Liaises with Project Managers/Engineers for day-to-day inspection activities at shop/site.

Attends weekly meetings and co-orinate with clients.

Liaises with Client inspectors / third party inspectors.

Maintain good documentation for all the projects on hand.

Assist project teams on QC related issues.

Attend monthly safety committee meetings.

Assist and report to the Project Manager at site.

Ensure site works are carried out according to the approved technical drawings, contractual requirements, quality procedures, ISO and EHS requirements.

Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
