• Aid in the implementation of agreed-upon infrastructure changes, maintenance procedures, and updates.
• Execute data backups and manage disaster recovery operations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Strong accountability and sense of responsibility
