Job Responsibilities:

· Set-up/Downing of mould and ancillary parts to new production run according to production job sheet or schedule.

· Ensure machines set-up conform to standard requirement.

· Attend to daily product’s quality issues and rectify the defects.

· Report immediately to Supervisor when defects are detected.

· Take lead on the start-up of blowing machine (after every shutdown) on segregation of contaminated bottles.

Job Description:

• Read and follow lab procedures.
• Perform inspection (visual & functional) according to Receiving Inspection procedure.
• Perform manual (ASIC) chip serialization per lot/wafer.
• Perform ASIC testing and screening, PCBA product reconfiguration, labelling & packaging based on the specifications or customer requirements.
• Collect test data & perform (ASIC) chips verification for each passed unit.
• Prepare FAI to be sent to customer for final buy-off.
• Perform system transaction.

Job Requirement:

• Basic computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Capable of lifting 10-16kg cartons of product.

Job Scope:

• To carry out water sampling for process unit and send to lab for analysis and follow up with the recommendation in process.
• Operate Boiler / Evaporator / cooling tower / RO in the WasteWater Plant
• Control Pane operation through SCADA system to monitor and adjust process parameters.
• To update test result in data system
• To handle general workers in the plant for daily plant works and chemical handling
• To maintain all the process units/ pumps and equipment’s and instrument in good condition.

Requirement:

• Education – NITEC & above

The primary responsibility of a Production Process Technician is to support the efficient and safe operation of the plant's production processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment and systems function optimally, production runs smoothly, and product quality meets the required standards.

1.2. Job Description / Responsibilities:

1.2.1. Ensure the smooth operation of the production plant.

1.2.1.1. Follow work SOPs.

1.2.1.2. Observe safety rules and 5S.

1.2.1.3. Ensure cleanliness of work area, upkeeps equipment and assist in the maintenance program and operating of production machinery and equipment.

1.2.1.4. Assists in loading and unloading of ISO tanker, raw materials, carries out chemical waste sorting, waste transfer and stock keeping.

1.2.1.5. Collect process data.

1.2.1.6. Routine plant logging

1.2.1.7. Conduct site walks to discover abnormalities.

1.2.1.8. Conduct material weighing and charging (PA & RE)

1.2.1.9. Assist TL in troubleshooting plant issues.

TECHNICIAN X 2 (WORK IN SG)

⌚Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) + Saturday (9am to 2pm)

• Carry out routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of instrument, analyser and electrical equipment, e.g. control valve, transmitters, switchgear control, motors, GC, boiling point, freeze point and flash point analyser, etc.

Requirement:

• Diploma or NITEC in a relevant Engineering discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in an oil refinery/petrochemical plant, preferably with EMA license
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level positions
