Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: Up to $3,200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· To oversee the administration and ensure system-level governance of Human Resource & Payroll System (HRPS).

· To manage HR accounts and admin rights granted to officers based on a defined access rights matrix.

· To establish and maintain a list of accounts and the admin rights granted to officers for HR systems and submit monthly AAR reports.

· To review and update the access rights matrix for HR systems based on officer appointments, and identify appropriate admin rights that should be tagged to officers based on their appointments and job functionalities upon request.

· To identify areas for improvement in management and governance of HR systems. Gather requirements and drive change requests to improve and streamline HR workflows in HRPS.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

· Good understanding of enterprise resource planning systems used for HR database and processes

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table)
