Join the NUHS Group Chief Technology Office (GCTO) that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. Successful candidate will be part of a team of Data Scientists and Software Developers who partner clinicians to propose, develop, and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows in NUHS cluster. The candidate will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models and tools for NUHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning models in various clinical areas such as clinical notes, medical images, and patients’ data
• Develop, train and test AI models in the local medical domain
• Work with the team to design and architect the workflow of the data and algorithms including data input, output and storage between various health IT systems
• Lead in the gathering of requirements and data by working and coordinating with clinicians and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Work with the team to develop and deploy necessary AI models for NUHS in hybrid cloud environment
• Document clearly explaining how the algorithms have been implemented, verified and validated
• Lead project to deliver AI related research and development requirement to meet the business need

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with strong statistical modelling and machine learning skills. Graduate degree in related fields may apply
• Hands-on experience in the development of end-to-end data analytics solutions and machine learning pipeline including data exploration/extraction/crawling, data processing, and model building
• Hands-on experience on development of AI models in NLP is a plus
• Proficient with programming in Python and AI related frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning platform and services from cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with healthcare data, medical image is a plus
• Experience in leading AI projects and virtual team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technically and non-technically with ability to translate between the two

• Responsible to develop/outsource hardware designs on Analog measurements
• Responsible to develop/optimised required Firmware including APIs and Libraries
• Responsible to create application notes and training materials
• Build up Application Solution Skill set on Energy/Power Measurements
• Required to train and support Field Application Engineers and customers in ASEAN, India, Australia/NZ

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
• Proficient in C and assembly language programming with good understanding of microcontrollers/microprocessor basic architecture
• Creative and have a passion in embedded system design and development
• Possess good presentation and communication skills
• A team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to work in a collaborative environment with both individual and team decision making
• Ability to understand and execution of given project specification within timeline
• Ability to report regional requirements and provide technical support to FAEs and Strategic Customer
• Willing to travel
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience but fresh graduates may apply as well

• Lead engineer or managed a team of engineers
• Good understanding of Embedded software systems and the requirements of a Product
• Proficient in Analog and Digital Circuitry Hardware design/troubleshooting and Systems software Design
• Good understanding in Integrated Development Environment tools such as simulator, debugger, emulator
• Experience in version control (Git, SVN)

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems in the facility building
• Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Monitor and maintain effective functioning of all equipment (AV/M&E), carry out troubleshooting to rectify faulty equipment or components
• Ensure cleanliness in the meeting rooms/ auditorium/ theatre before and after each event
• Assist with logistic set up for all events, including monitoring caterers' set-up to ensure safety & cleanliness
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, installation configurations, and maintenance activities
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
• Provide training to end-users on the proper use of audiovisual equipment
• Offer technical support during events, meetings, and presentations to ensure a smooth experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• NITEC in Electrical/ Electronics/ Audio Visual related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in managing the setup of AV systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
